Too Much Distance to Measure it Out Loud

The sky's burning but at least we know we're warm.

Holga cameras are loved, as well as infamous, for their unpredictable ways engulfed by light leaks, strange color contrasts, and intricate double exposures. This is why I want one :)
Therefore, any photographer who can fully commit and adjust themselves to the spontaneity of these clunky cameras should be commemorated throughout history.

Michael Bryant is one of these artists. Bryant is an Award-winning photographer who travels the world to places like England, Spain, Italy, Mexico, yet his heart is set in the midst of Atlanta, Georgia.

"When I look at a finished piece and for a split second, time stops and I hear my heart beating - I am unable to breathe and I am aware only of the piece and how it makes me feel. Then, I know that I succeeded."

If you can get by, I can get by.

Authenticity has been targeted, and shot.

Without further ado, Dearly Beloved was formed by Rob Higgins and his close friends on the Toronto Indie-music scene in 2006. Beginning by simply being an energy output for Higgins, whose father recently passed from battling cancer, Dearly Beloved combined Pop and Hardcore Rock to make an "ass-shaking head-banging sort of experience"--Higgins.

They released their third album Make It Bleed in March, and plan on writing music together as long as they can.

Staring at a Crooked Crown

Evolving from a two-person acoustic act in DuPage County, Illinois to an official band, The Hush Sound has become distinct in the competitive alternative industry. With their distinct indie-pop sounds, the band caught the ear of Decaydance Records, while also under the Fueled By Ramen label,  and was signed onto the label by Pete Wentz, bass player of the band Fall Out Boy. After the band's launch in 2004, they have toured with Fall Out Boy, The All-American Rejects, Jack's Mannequin, Hellogoodbye, Rooney, and much more. After having released three albums, (So Sudden, Like Vines, and Goodbye Blues) and five singles, The Hush Sound has had their music featured on television series such as Grey's Anatomy, House, The Young and the Restless, and Privileged. What's their future? You decide.

"The concept of my present work is ‘found’.
I don’t know what the purpose of this work is,
but by continuing the process I know that I will always “find” something amazing."

Switchfoot Surfing

Emerging from the sunshine of Southern California, Switchfoot has become an icon for Christians, inspired musicians, and guitarists alike. These native San Diego surfers named their band after a surfing term (which means switching of stance on the surfboard to face the opposite direction). From their formation in 1996, Switchfoot has had songs appear in movies including A Walk To Remember, and The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince CaspianReflecting their own personal influences from artists such as U2, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and the Dave Matthews Band, Switchfoot pours out their hearts with their alternative rock, almost-grunge style. This faith based rock, accompanied by the occasional melodic ballad, has lead them to record and produce a total of 7 albums, such as Oh! Gravity, Hello Hurricane, and  The Best Yet

"Crooked soul tryin' to stay up straight, dry eyes in the pourin' rain, well, the shadow
